Toulky. Česky

Terms of use

Effective from 1 November 2026

These terms govern the use of the Toulky game (the app and related services) run by Tomáš Otta ("we"). Contact: toulkygame@gmail.com. By creating an account you agree to them. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy. The Czech version is the main one; this is a translation.

1. Your account

2. Staying safe outdoors

3. Fair play

In particular, you must not:

If you break the rules, depending on how serious it is we may give a warning, suspend the account (and take back rewards gained by cheating), restrict it or ban it. A team member always decides, and you can contest the decision by e-mail.

4. Virtual items

5. Game content and third-party data

The app, its graphics, texts and game content belong to us or our licensors. The game uses open data and works listed in Settings → Data sources and with each photo, among them: map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL), weather warnings of ČHMÚ and SHMÚ (CC BY 4.0) and photos from Wikimedia Commons under their licences.

6. Availability and changes

The game is still being developed. We may add, change or switch off features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable (maintenance, outages). The game world exists only in Czechia and Slovakia for now. We may ask older versions of the app to update.

7. Ending

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by e-mail (Account deletion). For a serious or repeated breach of these terms we may ban or close an account. We may also end the game; we will announce it in the game well in advance.

8. Liability

We provide the game as it is, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for harm caused by your not following these terms, the traffic rules or the law while playing, nor for inaccuracies in map and other third-party data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to the terms

When we change these terms, we announce it in the game in advance. If you do not agree with the new terms, you can delete your account; by continuing to play you accept them.

10. Governing law and disputes

Czech law applies; the protection the law of the country where you live gives you as a consumer remains. Please bring a complaint to us first. A consumer dispute can also be resolved out of court with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz).
